go vegetarian, and just go jogging/running a few times a week.
Try not to eat past 7 or 8 pm

The last diet i went on, I only ate about 1000-1200 calories a day and I lost about 42 pounds, but I gained like 10-15 of it back. so now I want to lose it and keep it off for good. Any Ideas?

Okay, go onto google, and search for “BMR CALCULATOR” Exactly as written. Your BMR is the amount of calories your body requires to live every day.

So, take that number, and subtract 600 from it. What do you have? If it’s less than 1000 then you should contact me. I will explain what to do then.

So, that number, -mine is 1300- is the amount of calories you should be eating per day. (PER DAY) You can find the calorie count on the nutrition facts of your food label.

You should eat 300 calories for breakfast lunch and dinner. So, with those three meals, you will have eaten 900 calories.
After that, you should have three 150 calorie snacks.

Make sure you eat lots of fiber. Between 20 and 50 grams per day.

Drink 2 glasses of water PER meal, before each meal. 1 glass per snack. It is critical that you stay hydrated. It’s the only way your body will allow you to lose weight.

Now, you should exercise at least 60 minutes per day. Enough to burn 400 calories, so your net calorie intake will be -1000.

There are 3500 calories in a pound, and it is only safe for your body to lose 2 pounds per week. You will be burning 7000 calories per week, or, in other words, losing 2 pounds per week.

Work hard and keep your eye on the prize.

Also, you can indulge. Every third day, you can eat one item of indulgence. A small bowl of ice cream or a candy bar, OR a cookie, etc.

Honestly, the best diet you could ever be on is-
1) Eat lots of healthy fruits and veggies every day (i’m serious okay…)
2) Exercise at your own pace, like, start out with 2 times a week then go 3, then 4, and so on.
3)drink LOTS of water! (at least 6 glasses a day.) its good for you!
4) Basically, do it the old-fashioned way! It will keep you healthy and still be on a diet. (don’t consider it as a diet!:)) Believe in yourself!

You should be following the nutrition guide that came with the program. It is very detailed and explains everything and even includes recipes. It will help you to establish how many calories you need and how to break that down during the day.

Heres a rough anyway.

Breakfast

Breakfast must NEVER be SKIPPED. This meal should have an extra emphasis on complex carbohydrates to provide energy for the day’s activities following a 7-10 hour fasting sleep. If eating breakfast is not part of your routine, try to gradually increase the amount of food eaten until a full breakfast becomes habit.

(choose one option)
Whole-wheat cold cereal + milk (1% or skim) + toast + peanut butter + juice
Oatmeal + milk + fruit + yogurt
Eggs (2 yolk maximum) + whole-wheat toast + juice + yogurt
Pancakes + syrup + lean breakfast meat + juice
Muffins + yogurt + juice + fruit + milk
Bagels + low-fat cheese or lean meat or eggs + fruit + milk + juice
Blender meals (milk, yogurt, fruit, juice, skim milk powder)

Lunch

(choose one option)

Once you have recieved acceptance for the university then you can apply for a student visa.

There is no magic diet pill. I did however find that taking a dose of chromium picolinate (you can find it over-the-counter in the vitamin isle) seems to boost my energy and is supposed to speed up the metabolic process too. I DID lose some weight by taking one in the morning with my multivitamin. It is not reccomended if you are diabetic, nursing, or pregnant. Good luck and remember-beauty is on the inside.

To lose weight you should avoid processed foods, fried foods, refined carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, etc.) & sugar sweetened beverages. Processed foods are high in sodium and low in nutritional quality. Instead choose a variety of fruits (avoid fruit juice), vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, fish or other seafood and healthy fats like olive and canola oil. Especially focus on the veggies! They are super low in calories and packed with fiber to help keep you full.

Eat small frequent meals throughout the day and don’t skip meals. Skipping meals can slow down your metabolism and deprive you of needed energy. Eat breakfast in the morning to wake up your metabolism after a long night’s sleep. Also don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Water is necessary to keep your body functioning properly. Staying hydrated helps with digestion, helps control appetite and flushes out toxins.

You may also want to keep a food journal. This will give you a good idea of how many calories you are taking in and can help you identify areas where you need to make changes. The most successful “diets” fit easily into your lifestyle and teach you ways to eat healthier that you can stick with for good. It’s best to make lifestyle changes that can become part of your normal routine. This way you’ll have the best chance at keeping off the weight in the long run.
