Does anyone know how to make homemade diet pills?

Please help me if you can. i want to be sooooooo sinnky so this one guy will be so jealous when i have a new boyfriend and its not him on my arm. Please if you know anything please help me or any other great dieting methods!

There is no magic diet pill. I did however find that taking a dose of chromium picolinate (you can find it over-the-counter in the vitamin isle) seems to boost my energy and is supposed to speed up the metabolic process too. I DID lose some weight by taking one in the morning with my multivitamin. It is not reccomended if you are diabetic, nursing, or pregnant. Good luck and remember-beauty is on the inside.

I am a tall female 6’0″. I have been on the birth control depo shot for 2 almost 3 years now. Last summer around this time I was very skinny. I weighed 140 pounds, I have gained about 20 to 25 pounds in the past year. Never in my life have I thought that I was over weight, now at this time in my life I think that I am. I know for my height I will weigh more than most. I have been through a lot of stress with work, home and my personal life. My hair is also stressed…(loosing some hair). I am looking for some kind of diet method to help me lose my excess fat. I would love to weigh 140 pounds again. Have there been any diets/pills to help you lose weight? I am a very busy person, I don’t have the extra time to go to the gym or go work out. When I get the time I try to go to the gym or go on walks/runs. I am looking for a diet that will help me not eat so much, eat smaller portions, and not be so hungry? Please Help!!!

I was able to easily and safely lose 33 pounds using Isagenix. Not only that, but the maintenance program has helped me keep it off and have much more energy than I had before. I LOVE this stuff!! What you have to do is make your weight loss part of just having a healthier lifestyle.

Diet and fitness work together toward a healthy lifestyle. Changing your diet and your level of fitness is what can change the way you look and feel. The best way to lose weight is about living a healthier life than what you may be living now. You will need a complete lifestyle change and you will need to be committed.

The body loses about 2 pounds a week optimally and that’s 2 pounds that stay off. When you drop at a faster rate your body could potentially rebound and either plateau your weight loss or put extra weight on. If you are committed then you should reach your goal.

There will be 5 basic elements you need to adjust to have a healthy lifestyle.
They are:

1. Your Eating
2. Your Water Intake
3. Maintaining a balance of cardio and resistance exercise
4. Smart supplementation
5. Sleeping the best amount of time

To lose weight you should avoid processed foods, fried foods, refined carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, etc.) & sugar sweetened beverages. Processed foods are high in sodium and low in nutritional quality. Instead choose a variety of fruits (avoid fruit juice), vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, fish or other seafood and healthy fats like olive and canola oil. Especially focus on the veggies! They are super low in calories and packed with fiber to help keep you full.

Eat small frequent meals throughout the day and don’t skip meals. Skipping meals can slow down your metabolism and deprive you of needed energy. Eat breakfast in the morning to wake up your metabolism after a long night’s sleep. Also don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Water is necessary to keep your body functioning properly. Staying hydrated helps with digestion, helps control appetite and flushes out toxins.

You may also want to keep a food journal. This will give you a good idea of how many calories you are taking in and can help you identify areas where you need to make changes. The most successful “diets” fit easily into your lifestyle and teach you ways to eat healthier that you can stick with for good. It’s best to make lifestyle changes that can become part of your normal routine. This way you’ll have the best chance at keeping off the weight in the long run.
